Smoky BBQ Rubbed Corn on the Cob

Ingredients:

  • 6 ears of corn, husked
  • 2 tablespoons Spice Rack Co's Backyard BBQ seasoning
  • ¼ cup melted butter or olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush each ear of corn with melted butter or olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle the Backyard BBQ seasoning evenly over the corn, rotating to coat all sides.
  4. Wrap each ear of corn in foil, twisting the ends to seal.
  5. Place the foil-wrapped corn on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and slightly charred.
  6. Remove from the grill and carefully unwrap the foil.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
