Ingredients:
- 6 ears of corn, husked
- 2 tablespoons Spice Rack Co's Backyard BBQ seasoning
- ¼ cup melted butter or olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush each ear of corn with melted butter or olive oil.
- Sprinkle the Backyard BBQ seasoning evenly over the corn, rotating to coat all sides.
- Wrap each ear of corn in foil, twisting the ends to seal.
- Place the foil-wrapped corn on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and slightly charred.
- Remove from the grill and carefully unwrap the foil.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
