Ingredients:
- 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks, about 1-inch thick
- 2-3 tablespoons of Spice Rack Co's Savoury Steak rub
- Olive oil
- Salt to taste (if not included in the rub)
Instructions:
- Take the steaks out of the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to high heat.
- Pat the steaks dry with paper towels. Brush them lightly with olive oil on both sides.
- Season the steaks generously with the Savoury Steak rub. Gently press the seasoning into the meat.
- Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach the desired level of doneness.
- Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for at least 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
- Serve with a side of grilled asparagus and a baked potato.
