Ingredients:
- 4 firm white fish fillets, like cod or tilapia
- 2 tablespoons Spice Rack Co's Cajun Creole seasoning
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Lemon wedges for serving
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
- Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels. Brush each fillet with melted butter.
- Sprinkle the Cajun Creole seasoning generously on both sides of the fish fillets.
- Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat until very hot.
- Add the fish fillets to the skillet without crowding them and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the outside is charred and the inside is cooked through.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Accompany with steamed vegetables or a crisp green salad.
