Better Burger Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ pounds ground beef
  • ½ pound ground pork (optional, can use all beef if preferred)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Spice Rack Co's Better Burger seasoning
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Additional ketchup for glazing

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and pork, eggs, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, Better Burger seasoning, onion, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Spread additional ketchup over the top as a glaze.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until the meatloaf is cooked through and has an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans for a comforting meal.
