Backyard BBQ Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • 3 pounds chicken wings, tips removed and separated into drumettes and flats
  • 3 tablespoons Spice Rack Co's Backyard BBQ seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder (optional, for crispy skin)
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • Vegetable oil, for greasing

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the wings with the Backyard BBQ seasoning and baking powder until they are evenly coated.
  4. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil or line with parchment paper for easier cleanup.
  5. Arrange the wings on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
